2 parts Lip Service Rye
3 cubes pineapple
¾ parts lemon juice
3/4 parts simple syrup
3 mint sprigs
1 part club soda

Method: Add pineapple, lemon juice and mint in cocktail shaker and muddle. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube, top with club soda.

Garnish: Sprig of mint
