The Story
The restaurant at the distillery serves up southern fried chicken and soulful southern sides that pair exceptionally well with our curated craft cocktails. The menu, designed by Master Sommelier and Kentucky Colonel Chris Blanchard, focuses on southern fare and many of the selections are family recipes perfected over generations.
As of 2025, the restaurant was acquired by Redwood Empire Distilling and they will continue offering Blanchard’s creations. The full bar showcases a range of spirits, including a variety of Redwood Empire Whiskey as well as our previously distilled Savage & Cooke make. Come on by the restaurant, which is located right inside the distillery, Thursday – Sunday from 12pm – 7pm. No reservations are needed but feel free to call if you have a large group. We would love to see you for lunch, happy hour or dinner.
