Savage & Cooke Distillery was acquired by Redwood Empire Whiskey in January of 2025. We welcome you to visit the distillery where you can experience first-hand the incredible history of the island, our state-of-the-art distillery, our beautiful tasting room and to taste both Savage & Cooke and Redwood Empire products. We also have a great food menu and a full bar with craft cocktails. Bottles are available for purchase of both brands. We are open Thursday through Sunday from 11am-7pm.
